Others - Laos

Photo Gallery of Laos, the next country to Thailand.

Laos is bordered by five countries; Vietnam to the east, Cambodia to the south, China to the north, Myanmar (Burma) to the northwest, and Thailand to the west. It is the only  landlocked country in southeast Asia.

In 1975, the monarchy was abolished, and the communist Lao People's Democratic Republic (LPDR) was established.

The photos of this page was taken in Laos entering from NongKhai, around the border in northeast of Thailand.

Refer to the url bellow about details of Laos.
