First of all, let's start with " Help ! " in Thai language.

Help !	chuay-duai ช่วยด้วย

Call the police !
When you are in a trouble in Thailand and want to call the police or doctor in Thai language, use " Riak ___ noi ";

Call the police !	(Garunaa) riak tahm-ruaat noi (Krab/Ka) (กรุณา) เรียก ตำรวจ หน่อย(ครับ/ค่ะ)
Call a doctor !	(Garunaa) riak mhor noi (Krab/Ka (กรุณา) เรียก หมอ หน่อย(ครับ/ค่ะ)
Call an ambulance !	(Garunaa) riak roht-phayaa-baan noi (Krab/Ka) (กรุณา) เรียก รถพยาบาล หน่อย(ครับ/ค่ะ)
When you are in a hurry, "Garunaa" and "Krab/Ka" are not necessary to say. You have no time to say the full sentence in a trouble. :D riak: call tahm-ruaat: police ("Police" is also fine.) mhor: doctor roht-phayaa-baan: ambulance

When you try to find the police or hospital, use " Yuu Thee Nai " in Thai language;

Lost the way
When you are lost, you should say in Thai language like,...

I lost the way.	Pom/Dichan lohng thaang Krab/Ka ผม/ดิฉัน หลง ทาง ครับ/ค่ะ
Only saying " lohng thaang " is fine if you can't not say all. If you need help, use the " chuay-duai " (Help) also. (I really hope that you will not be in the situation where you must use this phrase. :) ) pom: I (male) dichan: I (female) lohng: lost thaang: way

Stop it !
When you want to say " Stop it ! " in Thai language;
meaning	Thai Language (Green:stress / Blue:male / Pink:female)
Don't do that.	yaa tham loei / yaa na อย่าทำเลย / อย่านะ
Stop it !	yud na หยุดนะ
yaa tham loei / yaa na "yaa tham loei" is asking and "yaa na" is ordering. yaa: don't tham: do loei: emphasis, putting more feelings yud: stop na: added at the end of the sentence to make it emphasized.

Wait !
When you want someone "wait" in Thai language;

Wait a moment. (close relationship)	raaw diaao รอเดี๋ยว
Wait for a while. (politer way)	Garunaa raaw sakkruu Krab/Ka กรุณา รอ สักครู่ ครับ/ค่ะ
