Pain
Don't eat or drink too much ! When you have a headache or stomachache, use the phrases in Thai language below;

I have a stomachache.	Puad Thong ปวดท้อง
I have a headache.	Puad Hua ปวดหัว
I have a (bad) toothache.	Puad Fun (Mark) ปวด ฟัน (มาก)
puad: pain, ache thong: stomach hua: head fun: tooth mark: very If you want to say the site;

Here	Trong-nii krab/ka ตรงนี้ ครับ/ค่ะ
I have a pain(ache) here.	Jeb trong-nii krab/ka เจ็บ ตรงนี้ ครับ/ค่ะ
I have a pain(ache) here.	Puad trong-nii krab/ka ปวด ตรงนี้ ครับ/ค่ะ
"Jeb" is used for the physical pain such as when you cut your finger. "Puad" is used for aches inside like headache and stomachache. trong-nii : here, right here jeb : pain, ache puad: pain, ache If you want to say the reason;

Tired
When you walk too much in Thailand and want to say " I'm tired" in Thai language;
meaning	Thai Language (Green:stress / Blue:male / Pink:female)
I'm tired.	Nuai เหนื่อย
I'm very tired.	Nuai Mark เหนื่อยมาก
I feel heavy.	RaangGaai OrnPliar ร่างกาย อ่อนเพลีย
nuai: tired mark: very raang-gaai: body orn-pliar: feel heavy

Feel sick
When you feel sick, use " ruu-seuk " (feel) in Thai language,...
meaning	Thai Language (Green:stress / Blue:male / Pink:female)
I feel sick.	ruu-seuk mai sabai รู้สึกไม่สบาย
I feel really sick.	ruu-seuk mai sabai mark รู้สึกไม่สบายมาก
ruu-seuk: feel mai: not sabai: feel good mark: very NOTE: only " mai sabai" can be understood.

Fever
When you have a fever, let's say like below in Thai language;

I have a fever.	Pom/Dichan Pen Kai Krab/Ka ผม/ดิฉัน เป็น ไข้ ครับ/ค่ะ
I have a fever.	Pom/Dichan mee Kai Krab/Ka ผม/ดิฉัน มี ไข้ ครับ/ค่ะ
pen kai / mee kai When someone ask you " pen arai " (What's wrong ?), you can reply with the first one (" pen kai "). Hot / Cold
It's very warm in Thailand. But be careful. It's cold in hotels because of the air-conditioner or high places like mountains in Chiang mai.

Hot !	rorn ร้อน
Very Hot !	rorn mark ร้อน มาก
Cool.	yen เย็น
Cold.	naao หนาว
Very cold.	naao mark หนาว มาก
Be careful not to catch a cold. :) ruu-seuk (feel) If you use " ruu-seuk (feel) ", you can say like below;

Catch a cold
It's very warm in Thailand. But be careful. It's cold here and there such as in hotels because of the air-conditioner.
